With eight years in management consulting at Ernst & Young, she brings disciplined, data-driven thinking to social media and content strategy—ensuring every initiative is aligned with clear business goals and measurable outcomes.

As a former NCAA Division I athlete, left her corporate career to pursue professional beach volleyball, where she identified social media as a powerful growth engine. What began as creating content from a converted Ford Econoline van to support her athletic career evolved into a full-time social media and content creation practice. Today, Claire leads Crossfield Consulting full time—delivering results with precision… and yes, she still owns the van.
